Location: Maharashtra & Gujarat

Work Model: Remote (field-heavy role)

Role Overview

We are looking for high-ownership, growth-driven professionals to lead and expand our B2B / Corporate / Institutional sales across key regions. This role requires strong execution capability, deep market relationships, and the ability to drive aggressive growth in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive corporate and institutional sales across the assigned region
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, gifting partners, travel partners, institutions, and bulk buyers
- Leverage and expand an existing network of corporate gifting / bulk procurement partners
- Identify new business opportunities and scale the B2B network
- Own and deliver revenue growth targets for the region
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, supply chain, marketing) for seamless execution




- Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Corporate Sales
- Mandatory experience in luggage / travel gear category in India
- Strong existing network within corporate gifting / institutional buying ecosystem
- Proven track record of driving substantial business growth and scaling regions
- High ownership mindset with a strong hustle-driven, execution-focused approach
- Comfortable with extensive travel and a high-intensity, fast-paced startup environment

Compensation

CTC Range: 10-15 LPA (based on current CTC and experience)

No incentives will be offered currently but there is scope for it in future.
