Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Sales Business Development role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads,



conducting outreach to schools, parents, and partner organizations, and presenting Bhanzu’s math learning solutions to prospective customers. The team member will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, conduct product demos, and support conversions from initial interest to enrollment. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering feedback from prospects, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and meeting or exceeding defined sales and growth targets. The role also includes participating in training sessions, updating CRM tools with accurate data, and representing Bhanzu professionally at events, workshops, and local initiatives.
