Role Overview:

We are hiring an HR Associate to support day-to-day recruitment, employee documentation, attendance and leave records, onboarding, HR trackers and routine HR administration.

This is a junior / assistant-level position suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with limited HR experience.

The role is hands-on and coordination-oriented. A significant part of the work involves candidate calling, repeated follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with employees working at different project locations and ensuring pending HR activities are brought to closure.

The selected candidate will work closely with HR and management and will receive exposure to the complete employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Candidate Coordination
- Manage candidate applications received through Naukri and other recruitment sources.
- Review CVs against defined job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls for Site Engineer, Project Engineer, PMO, accounts, administration and other positions.
- Collect basic candidate information including experience,



current/expected CTC, notice period, location and availability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
- Follow up before and after interviews and maintain clear status records.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding offers, documentation and joining.

Joining & Employee Documentation
- Coordinate joining formalities for current employees.
- Collect and organize employee documents.
- Maintain physical and digital employee records.
- Assist with offer letters, joining documents, role documents and other standard HR documentation.
- Keep employee master data and HR records updated.

Attendance & Leave Coordination
- Maintain attendance and leave records for office and project-site employees.
- Follow up for missing attendance, leave information and unexplained absence.
