The Documentation Officer will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and well-structured documentation of Tele-Law programme activities. The role supports data management, reporting, and knowledge sharing to strengthen programme implementation and
review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports, briefs, and records
- Data Management: Verify and validate data received from field teams; ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordination: Follow up with State teams, VLEs, and stakeholders for timely data submission
- Case Studies: Document success stories from the field , best practices, and programme impact
- Record Management: Maintain organized digital records, trackers, and document repositories
- Review Support: Assist in preparation of presentations, dashboards, and review materials.
- Preparation of Reports : Monthly/Quarterly/Annual
, Management, Communications, or related field)
- 3-6 years of experience in documentation/reporting roles in a Government office set up
- Fluent in both Hindi/English (written and spoken)
Skills Required:
- Robust writing and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good coordination and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of government/development programmes preferred,
Terms of engagement:
- The nature and terms of engagement will be a consultant with a contract period for one
year extendable subjected to performance and extension of the project.
- This contract/ service shall not amount to any employment obligation on a regular basis in the future.
