Telecaller – Kannada Speaking
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – EEE, ECE, E&I;
- Preferred Stream: Electrical / Electronics
- Language Requirement: Kannada speaking is mandatory
- Job Location: Perundurai, Erode
- Role: Telecaller – Customer Service Coordination
- Key Responsibility: Coordinate with customers regarding the service, maintenance, and support of IoT-based irrigation controllers.
- Responsibilities:
- Contact customers regarding service requirements and complaints.
- Understand and record customer issues related to IoT controllers.
- Coordinate with field/service engineers for timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers until the service issue is closed.
- Maintain service-related customer records and updates.
- Ensure explicit communication between customers and the service team.
- Provide basic guidance to customers regarding service procedures.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with good Kannada communication skills and an Electrical/Electronics background will be preferred.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
