About the Role

Elixa Technologies is looking for a Service Engineer – Field Service to support the installation, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of water treatment and automation programs at customer sites.

The role will involve regular travel to customer locations across Kerala, including commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hospitals, hotels, data centers, and other large HVAC installations.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, comfortable working at customer sites, willing to travel extensively, and capable of independently handling routine service activities as well as troubleshooting and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits and field service activities at customer locations across Kerala.
- Monitor and test chilled water and cooling water quality using appropriate testing equipment and procedures.




- Carry out routine water analysis and maintain accurate records of test results and site parameters.
- Monitor the performance of chilled water treatment and HVAC water treatment programs.
- Identify deviations in water quality, system performance, chemical dosing, and operating parameters.
- Troubleshoot issues related to water treatment, dosing systems, sensors, controllers, and automation systems.
- Support the installation, commissioning, calibration, and maintenance of water monitoring and automation equipment.
- Collect operating data from customer sites and prepare service reports, test reports, and technical recommendations.
- Analyze site data and recommend corrective actions to improve system efficiency and water quality.
- Ensure that chemical dosing and treatment programs are operating within recommended parameters.
