Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide Desktop support L2 technical support for Windows Server, Exchange Online, Intune, SCCM, MDM, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), and Azure AD Connect.
- 24*6 days rotational shift
- Location : Gurugram
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to desktop infrastructure management.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Document incident resolutions and knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Azure Ad / Azure Intra ID, Zscalar, Zscaler, Firewall, VPN.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Exchange Online, Intune, SCCM, MDM.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Azure AD Connect.
