Job Summary:
This internship is ideal for candidates who have a strong foundation in networking and are
eager to gain hands-on experience in enterprise networking and data centre operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Basic understanding of Routing & Switching.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and learning skills.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Work with LAN, WAN, VLAN, and wireless networking technologies.
• Assist in configuring and troubleshooting routing and switching protocols.
• Support network documentation, inventory management, and asset tracking
• Travel to client sites and data centre locations as required to support deployment,
maintenance, troubleshooting, and other operational activities.
• Demonstrate positive troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and a willingness to
learn
