Position: Manager Fraud Investigation

Location: Chennai DLF Porur

Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Fraud Investigation team, ensuring timely and accurate investigation of fraud cases.
- Analyze fraud trends, identify emerging risks, and recommend preventive measures to minimize fraud losses.
- Handle end-to-end fraud investigations, including case reviews, root cause analysis, and documentation.
- Manage dispute resolution processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor AML (Anti-Money Laundering) controls and support compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen fraud prevention strategies.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates on fraud metrics, investigations, and control effectiveness.
- Drive process improvements, implement best practices, and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence.
