Role & responsibilities
- Assist the Plant Head in daily plant operations and coordination.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, production reports, and daily performance data.
- Handle computer-based work including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
- Collect data from different departments and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Maintain and update plant-related records, documents, and databases.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, HR, and Stores departments.
- Track production, quality, downtime, manpower, and other key plant performance indicators.
- Prepare presentations, charts, dashboards, and management reports as required.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action points.
- Support the Plant Head in data analysis, documentation, and improvement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of plant and management information.
