Job Role: TrackWise Digital Specialist

Location : Bangalore
- 6–8 years of experience in TrackWise Digital / TrackWise QMS within Pharma, Life Sciences, or Biotech environments.
- Robust hands-on experience in Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, and Audits.
- Expertise in TrackWise configuration, administration, user management, and workflow configuration.
- Good knowledge of CSV, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, ERP, and LIMS integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
- Experience with TrackWise 8 to Digital migration, SaaS/Cloud, API integrations, database/scripting, and TrackWise certification is a plus.
