Role Objective

We are seeking a Sales & Commercial leader with 15 to 17 years of experience to head our Sales and Business Development operations across Western and Northern India. You will hold complete P&L; responsibility for these high-growth territories.

Your primary mandate will to transition tactical sales into institutional, sustainable market dominance through effective mentoring of the Sales team. This role will have dual responsibility of People Management as well Key account management as and IC.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets for the assigned region.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies and ensure effective execution through the regional sales team.
- Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, OEMs, end users, distributors, and dealers.




- Drive current business development by identifying and acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Lead and motivate the regional sales team to consistently achieve organizational sales objectives.
- Review the quotation pipeline periodically, monitor conversion rates, and implement actions to maximize order closures.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and complaints by coordinating with internal support functions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Services, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure seamless customer service and business growth.
- Analyze market potential, customer segments, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute customer value plans, focusing on customer profiling, wallet share expansion, and long-term value creation.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize Return on Investment (ROI)
