JOB OBJECTIVES
A Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. BDMs often have a more strategic and managerial role, overseeing
larger accounts and leading the business development team.
Roles & Responsibility
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and
objectives.
- Identify current market segments, emerging trends, and potential business opportunities and
collaborate with senior management to set targets and align business development efforts
with overall company strategy.




- Generate high-quality leads through networking, partnerships, events, and other business
activities and identify and pursue new business opportunities, industries, and markets for
the companys products or services.
Assess potential risks and create plans to mitigate them while expanding into recent markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients and conduct meetings with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and offering
tailored solutions.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients and oversee
the contract negotiation process and ensure successful deal closures.
- Lead and mentor a team of business development executives and sales professionals, provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure optimal performance and collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product, and operations, to align
efforts and optimize business dev
