About us

The Print Shop is a printing and packaging manufacturer. We produce QSR packaging, monocartons, sweet and cake boxes, carry bags, wedding hampers and festive gifting packaging, running sheet-fed offset printing with in-house fabrication at our facility in Pataudi, Haryana. Our head office and client experience centre are at Naraina, New Delhi.
Why this role matters to us

We are a small, flat organisation. This role reports directly to one of the partners — there is no layer in between. That means fast decisions, direct access, and real ownership of your accounts from the first enquiry to the delivered carton.

It also means the work is broad. You will open new accounts and you will look after the ones you open,



including the unglamorous part of chasing an order through production. We are looking for someone who wants both.
Key responsibilities

*1. New business development*
- Identify and pursue prospects across our target segments — QSR and food service, sweets and confectionery, bakery, gifting, FMCG and e-commerce.
- Cold calling and cold outreach to build your own pipeline. This is a real part of the job, not an occasional task.
- Qualify enquiries, understand the client's packaging requirement, and convert them into costed opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline you can report on accurately.

*2. Hosting clients at our experience centre*
- Host prospective and existing clients at our Naraina experience centre.
- Present our capabilities, product range and samples in a way that connects to what that particular client actually needs.
