Key Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Manage facility schedules, treatment rooms, and guest appointments.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and mentor massage therapists, estheticians, and front-desk teams.
- Financial Oversight: Track budgets, control operational costs, set pricing strategies, and meet revenue targets.
- Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints, build client loyalty, and maintain high satisfaction standards.
- Inventory Control: Order qualified and retail products while minimizing waste.
- Safety & Compliance:



Enforce local health, hygiene, and facility safety regulations.

Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in spa operations, hospitality, or wellness management.
- Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-motivation abilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in booking and spa management software and basic accounting.
- Education: High school diploma; a degree or certification in hospitality management, business, or cosmetology is a plus

Pay: ₹22,342.69 - ₹40,092.47 per month
