Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.




- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the recruitment process by maintaining candidate databases and tracking hiring progress.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in the HRMS.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities and ensure data accuracy.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
- Support internal communication and employee wellness programs.
- Contribute ideas to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
