Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and couple counselling to patients undergoing IVF/fertility treatment.
- Support patients in managing stress, anxiety, treatment-related emotional challenges, and unsuccessful treatment outcomes.
- Conduct pre- and post-treatment counselling and help patients set realistic expectations.
- Identify patients requiring specialized psychological/psychiatric support and facilitate referrals.
- Maintain counselling records and ensure patient confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team for comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct patient education and emotional support sessions as required.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology.
- Relevant counselling experience, preferably in IVF/fertility or healthcare.Strong communication, empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
