Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce FSC Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce, particularly in Financial Services Cloud, and will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce FSC across business units.

Desired Skills And Experience n Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in Salesforce FSC.

n Strong understanding of financial services processes and terminology.

n Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, custom objects).

n Strong expertise in Requirement analysis, writing epics, user stories, Use case development, Analytical skills, Business process mapping, Prototype, BRD, FSD, Agile, RTM and UAT

n Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

n Salesforce Administrator and/or FSC Consultant certification preferred.

n Experience with Salesforce integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, APIs).





n Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.

n Knowledge of data migration and ETL processes.

n Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) is a plus.

n Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work effectively with substantial teams.

n Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to apply analytical thinking for making informed decisions.

n Strong organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

n Exceptional communication skills, proficient in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

n Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

n Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills with solid attention to detail

n Strong track record of excellent results delivered to internal and external clients

n Able to work independently without the needs for close supervision and collaborat
