Roles & Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Project Execution: Monitor project progress, timelines, manpower, materials, and resources for timely completion.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction quality, workmanship, and materials meet required standards.
- Technical Coordination: Interpret drawings, resolve site-level technical issues, and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to site safety procedures, statutory requirements, and PPE standards.
- Material Management: Monitor material requirements, usage, storage, and minimize wastage.
- Documentation: Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, inspection records, and site documentation.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, engineers, and project management teams.
- Problem Solving: Identify site challenges promptly and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on project progress, delays,



quality concerns, and resource requirements to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant site/project experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, measurements, estimation, and quality standards.
- Project Skills: Ability to manage timelines, manpower, materials, and contractors effectively.
- Safety Awareness: Good understanding of construction safety practices and statutory requirements.
- Communication: Solid coordination, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of resolving site issues independently.
- Preferred Traits: Strong work ethic, accountability, adaptability, and willingness to work at project sites as required.
