Car Service Center Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Car Service Center Supervisor to manage daily workshop operations and ensure high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians and workshop staff and allocate jobs efficiently.
- Monitor vehicle servicing, repairs, inspections, and overall job quality.
- Ensure vehicles are completed and delivered within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate with service advisors, customers, and spare-parts teams.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, tools, and equipment.
- Monitor technician productivity and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate service records and support the Service Manager in achieving operational targets.

Requirements:
Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential. A valid driving license is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
