Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee housekeeping operations at multiple locations within the city, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Manage a team of housekeepers, providing guidance on tasks, schedules, and quality control measures.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, protocols, and procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., facilities management) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in facility management or related field.
