Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Chennai/Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue recent business opportunities across TENVIC’s core segments, including schools and academies. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to design solutions that align with client needs, tracking sales pipelines and revenue targets, and representing TENVIC at meetings, events, and industry forums. The Business Development Manager will also provide regular reporting on business performance and contribute to strategic planning for growth.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with the ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and opportunity assessment, preferably in education, corporate training, or sports-related sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Capability to prepare structured proposals, business cases, and contracts, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
