We are looking for a motivated and career-oriented Associate US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in the US Staffing industry.

Job Summary:

The Associate US IT Recruiter will be responsible for supporting the complete recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions. The candidate will work closely with Senior Recruiters, Account Managers, and Business Development teams to understand job requirements, identify qualified candidates, conduct initial screening, and coordinate the recruitment process.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a robust willingness to learn, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:




- Understand and analyze IT job descriptions received from clients and Account Managers.
- Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Perform basic Boolean searches and other candidate sourcing techniques.
- Review and screen resumes against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, availability, location, compensation expectations, and work authorization.
- Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Communicate job opportunities clearly to candidates and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, Account Managers, and clients.
- Track candidate status throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Update candidate information accurately in the ATS/CRM system.
