We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresher candidates to join our Seller Support Process team at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.

The role involves assisting sellers with their queries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth support experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle seller queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Understand seller concerns and assist with process-related issues.
- Communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
- Provide accurate information and maintain a professional customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Document interactions and update relevant details in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Any Graduate




- Languages: English and Hindi – Mandatory
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational schedules.

Salary

Freshers: ₹19,000 In-Hand per month

Work Schedule
- Day Rotational Shifts
- Rotational Weekly Off
