Role Description
The HRBP Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kamrej Surat, responsible for aligning people strategies with objectives across the organization. The HRBP Manager will support employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising managers on HR best practices, resolving employee issues, analyzing HR metrics, and implementing programs that strengthen culture and talent systems. The role also requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive change management and support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong experience of min. 6 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with a focus on strategic HR planning and organizational development.
- Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching managers on performance and feedback.
- Knowledge of talent management practices,



including succession planning, learning and development, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to on-site operations in India.
- Comfort working with HR data and metrics to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high level of integrity, and commitment to building an inclusive and non-discriminatory workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
- Previous experience working in textile or product manufacturing is beneficial.
