Job Title: Internal Audit Professionals (Semi-Qualified CA & Qualified CA) Multiple Positions

Firm : ARTH & Associates, Chartered Accountants

Location: Pune (with travel to client locations across Maharashtra and other states as required)

Positions Open:

1. Semi-Qualified CA Internal Audit (0-2 years, articleship experience in internal audit considered)
2. Qualified CA – Internal Audit (0-5 years)

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute internal audit fieldwork including process walkthroughs, control testing, and transaction verification
- Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across operational, financial, and compliance areas
- Prepare working papers and draft transparent, well-supported audit observations with practical recommendations
- Coordinate with client teams during fieldwork
- Prepare audit reports and track closure of management action points
- For candidates with relevant experience: independently manage assigned engagements, review work of junior team members, and build client relationships

Eligibility:

*For Semi-Qualified CA position:*




- CA-Inter qualified (both groups cleared preferred)
- Relevant experience in internal audit during articleship, or subsequent employment in the internal audit domain

*For Qualified CA position:*
- Chartered Accountant (qualified)
- 0 to 5 years of experience, with relevant exposure to internal audit either during articleship or in subsequent employment

Common Requirements:
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Tally, or similar) preferred
- Good analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required
