​About the Role

Gurukul Capital Finance is looking for energetic Loan Sales Officers to join our team in Kolkata. In this role, you will meet current customers, explain our loan options, and help them get quick loan approvals.

​Key Duties & Responsibilities

​Find new customers who need personal, business, or home loans.

​Meet clients, understand their financial needs, and suggest the best loan options.

​Collect simple documents (like ID proof and income proof) for the loan process.

​Help customers complete their loan applications easily.

​Build long-term relationships with clients to get repeat business and referrals.

​Requirements & Skills

​Age:



20 to 50 years old.

​Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field.

​Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates in sales or banking are welcome.

​Languages: Basic English and fluent Bengali or Hindi for daily communication.

​Skills: Friendly personality, good communication skills, and a strong drive to hit targets.
