Community Manager

We’re looking for a Community Manager who can help build a strong, relevant and engaged world around our brands.

This role goes beyond managing comments and DMs. We’re looking for someone who understands PR, creators, influencers, events, collaborations and partnerships, and knows how to turn relationships into meaningful brand moments.

What you’ll do

* Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, media, partners and relevant communities.

* Identify creators and collaborators who genuinely fit the brand, rather than simply chasing reach.

* Conceptualise and execute community-led events, launches, tastings, pop-ups and brand experiences.

* Work closely with PR partners to identify stories, cultural moments and opportunities for the brand.

* Build partnerships and collaborations with other brands, restaurants, cafés, communities and creators.

* Maintain and grow an active network across food, lifestyle, culture and entertainment.

* Track what’s happening across culture, social media and the F&B; space,



and proactively bring relevant ideas to the team.

* Support product launches and campaigns through seeding, influencer outreach, events and community engagement.

* Manage gifting, invites, guest lists, creator communication and post-event follow-ups.

* Measure the impact of community initiatives and continuously improve how we engage with people.

We’d love to meet someone who

* Has 7-10 years of experience across community, PR, influencer marketing, events or brand partnerships.

* Has a strong network - or is naturally valuable at building one.

* Is confident dealing with creators, agencies, partners and media.

* Understands what makes a brand culturally relevant.

* Is organised enough to manage multiple moving pieces while still being creative.

* Is proactive and doesn’t wait for every idea to come through a formal brief.

* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
