Overseas Reika is a BIS and ISO 9001:2015 certified transformer manufacturer, operating since 2013 with 10,000+ transformers supplied. We build distribution transformers up to 2.5 MVA and power transformers up to 20 MVA (33 kV). We're expanding hard into the private sector — and we need a closer.

The role — in one line

Bring in orders. You'll own private-sector sales end to end: find the buyer, open the door, work the deal, and close it. EPC contractors, electrical contractors, industrial buyers, project developers — if they buy transformers, they're your target.

This role is measured on one thing: revenue you generate.

What you'll do
- Hunt and close sales with EPC contractors (L&T;, KEC, Kalpataru, Tata Projects, and mid-tier players), electrical contractors, and industrial buyers
- Build a pipeline from scratch and drive it to closed orders — outbound outreach, meetings, offers, negotiation, PO
- Hit and beat monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Own the full cycle: first contact → technical discussion → quote → negotiation → order → repeat business




- Get us onto the vendor lists that unlock deals (DISCOMs, EPCs, GeM, private portals) — because empanelment is a door to sales, not paperwork for its own sake
- Chase tenders and RFQs that convert, and prep competitive offers with our team
- Bring back market intel — pricing, competitor moves, upcoming projects — and turn it into pipeline

What you need
- 3+ years closing B2B sales in transformers, switchgear, cables, or allied electrical equipment — with a track record of numbers you've hit
- A live network of EPC and/or contractor buyers you can call from day one
- Proven hunter instinct — you generate your own leads, you don't wait to be fed
- Enough technical fluency to talk ratings, specs, and standards (IS 1180 / IS 2026 / IEC 60076) so buyers take you seriously
- Familiarity with vendor registration and tenders (GeM, e-procurement, RFQs) — enough to transparent the path to a sale
- Sharp negotiation, relent
