Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and overall financial control. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial statements, and accounting software, along with the ability to independently manage accounting activities.
- Candidates who have their own laptop will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Perform regular bank, customer, vendor, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Monitor receivables and payables and ensure timely follow-up and settlement.
- Ensure accurate recording and classification of all financial transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances and ensure timely filing and payments.




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits and provide required schedules, documents, and financial information.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management as required.
- Monitor expenses, cash flow, and financial transactions to ensure proper financial control.
- Review invoices, supporting documents, purchase/sales entries, and payment requests for accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and other finance-related activities.

- Bachelor's degree/ Masters Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
