About the Role

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day service operations. The role will act as a key operational link between service centers, field teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely reporting, process compliance, and high service quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations across service centers and field teams.
- Act as a communication link between service centers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of operational reports.
- Monitor service-related activities and follow up on pending tasks.
- Handle multiple service centers and prioritize activities based on business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with OEM and service provider processes.




- Support the team in maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
- 1+ years of experience in service operations, coordination, or service center management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
