About the Role

Anirath Lab Grown Diamonds is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and sales growth in the domestic market. The role focuses on handling B2B clients, including wholesalers, jewellery manufacturers, retailers, and other business partners within the lab-grown diamond industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, references, and databases.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships and convert inquiries into successful business closures.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the B2B client base.
- Conduct product presentations and explain certifications, pricing, sourcing, and ethical advantages of lab-grown diamonds.
- Negotiate deals, manage order cycles, and follow up on payments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and deliveries.




- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- CRM knowledge (Odoo preferred).
- Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery, or the diamond industry will be an
- Strong sales orientation with a target-driven approach.
