Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leads, QA, and product stakeholders on Change Request (CR) delivery.
- Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and contribute to technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod support handoff).
- Design and develop REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Model data and implement persistence using SQLAlchemy against PostgreSQL.
- Author and manage schema changes using Alembic migrations.
- Implement business logic, validation, and error handling.
- Containerize services using Docker and support deployment/orchestration on Kubernetes.
- Support integration testing and deployment/monitoring tasks on Azure.

Must-Have Skills
- 1 3 years of hands-on experience with Python for backend/API development.
- Practical experience with FastAPI (or similar frameworks such as Flask/Django, with willingness/ability to ramp up on FastAPI quickly).
- Solid experience with SQLAlchemy ORM and relational data modeling.




- Experience with Pydantic for data validation and schema definition.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, including writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Stronger SQL/query optimization skills indexing, query plans, and performance tuning.
- Experience managing schema changes with Alembic (or equivalent migration tooling).
- Experience with Pytest / automated testing practices.
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes for deployment and orchestration.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows (branching, PRs, code review).

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain domain applications.
- Exposure to microservices, message queues, or event-driven architectures.
- Working knowledge of Azure (App Services, Azure DevOps pipelines, storage, basic networking/security).
