Role & responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quotations, revised quotations, and scope-of-work documents.
- Recommend suitable waterproofing and repair systems and materials.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inspection findings, quotations, work schedules, and payment milestones.
- Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, vendors, and execution teams.
- Monitor waterproofing and repair works to ensure proper execution as per the approved methodology.
- Prepare and document project progress.
- Follow up on pending reports, quotations, work orders, and execution activities.
- Maintain proper records of site inspections, work orders, BOQs, quotations, and project status.
- Support the team in resolving client complaints and technical escalations.




- Assist in training interns and junior team members on basic building defects, inspection procedures, equipment usage, and report preparation.

Preferred candidate profile
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to prepare BOQs and quotations
- Positive communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and civil works
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and complete tasks within deadlines
