, where we help applicants with profile evaluation, school shortlisting, CVs, essays, applications, interviews, and overall admissions strategy. We also have a smaller vertical supporting +1/+2 students with choosing the right undergraduate courses and colleges globally.

About the Role

We are looking for a
Business Development Associate (Sales)
who can take ownership of the sales process from the first conversation to conversion.

You will speak directly with MBA/MS aspirants, understand their goals and requirements, explain how LeapQuest can help, handle objections, follow up consistently,



and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

This is a
target-driven, phone-based sales role
suited for someone who enjoys speaking with people, persuading, following up, and closing deals.

What You'll Do
- Generate and qualify leads through calls and other outreach channels.
- Speak with prospective MBA/MS applicants and understand their academic, qualified, and admissions goals.
- Pitch LeapQuest's admissions consulting services based on the prospect's profile and requirements.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.
- Handle questions and objections related to our services, process, timelines, and value proposition.
- Move prospects through the sales funnel and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work toward daily calling/activity expectations and monthly sales targets.
