Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various levels.
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the respective hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring reports.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT.
- Maintain proper recruitment documentation and database records.

Preferred candidate profile
- 12 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Target-oriented, organized, and proactive approach.
