Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interior design development for luxury hotel projects.
- Review concept designs, material boards, FF&E; selections, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure execution aligns with approved designs.
- Track project schedules, mock-ups, and sample approvals.
- Manage procurement and installation of FF&E; and OS&E; items.
- Ensure brand standards and luxury hospitality design requirements are met.
Preferred Profile:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Experience in hospitality, commercial, or luxury residential interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation software.
- Robust understanding of materials, finishes, and site execution.
