The Integrated Logistics LSP Onboarding Manager is responsible for successfully onboarding LSPs for recent customers, ensuring alignment with agreed processes, SOPs, KPIs, and system connectivity.

The role works closely with LSPs, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, drive automation and digitalization, and enable real-time shipment visibility.
How you create impact

Problem Solving
- Resolve LSP, operational, system, and integration issues with relevant stakeholders

LSP Integration
- Lead end-to-end LSP onboarding and integration
- Ensure accurate data, system connectivity, training,



and SOP implementation
- Drive automation, data quality, and real-time shipment visibility

Business Continuity
- Ensure contingency plans for critical lanes and capacity
- Support resolution of operational emergencies during hypercare

Freight Procurement
- Support rate card development, tenders, and spot procurement
- Leverage KN procurement expertise to drive value for customers

Market Intelligence
- Monitor transport capacity, market conditions, and rate trends
- Provide relevant market insights to customers
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, freight forwarding, or a related field
- Proven experience in LSP onboarding, implementation, operational integration, or logistics project management
- Strong understanding of road, ocean, air, and other transportation modes, including their operational processes and requirements
