BeSpokeQA Technology is a software testing and quality engineering company providing software testing and QA services to startups and businesses.

We are looking for a highly motivated Equity Research & Inside Sales Associate who has a solid interest in the Indian stock market and wants to build practical experience in both equity research and B2B business development.

This is a unique hybrid role where approximately 5 hours per day will be dedicated to Indian stock-market research and 3 hours per day to inside sales and lead generation for our IT services business.

Key Responsibilities: Equity Research & Stock Market
- Research companies listed on NSE and BSE.
- Study companies within the same industry and compare their financial and business performance.
- Analyse:
- Revenue growth
- EBITDA and EBITDA margins
- PAT / net profit
- EPS/ROE/ROCE
- Read and analyse company annual reports, quarterly results, investor presentations and corporate announcements.
- Research industry trends, competitors, management commentary and company-specific developments.




- Perform peer-to-peer comparison of companies within the same sector.
- Track quarterly financial results and identify changes in revenue, margins, profitability, debt and other key metrics.
- Conduct basic fundamental and technical analysis to identify potential trading opportunities.
- Track price action, volume, support/resistance and relevant technical indicators.

Key Responsibilities: Inside Sales / Business Development

Approximately 3 hours per day will be dedicated to generating new business opportunities for BeSpokeQA Technology.
- Identify potential startup and technology-company prospects requiring software testing and QA services.
- Research companies, their products, technology stack, funding stage, and potential QA requirements.
- Identify relevant decision-makers such as:
- CTO
- VP Engineering
- Product Head
- Use LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting plat
