Hiring: Customer Relationship Management Specialist | Full-Time | In office – Udaipur

We are looking for an
experienced Customer Relationship Management Specialist
who can independently handle customer communication, lead the customer support team, and play a key role in operations and sales.

The ideal candidate should have
strong prior experience in customer relations, hospitality, sales, operations or team management
and be capable of solving problems, taking decisions, managing escalations, improving customer experience, and becoming the key person behind day-to-day customer operations and sales coordination.

This is a
full-time, on-site role in Udaipur
with flexible working shifts depending on business requirements.
