About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Advisors to join our sales team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining relevant business and compliance services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer leads through calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain IndiaFilings products and services clearly to prospective customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain customer information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development.
- Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
