We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.

? Key Responsibilities

• 80% Business Development/Sales & 20% Client Servicing

• Engage with international clients via email & web chats

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain robust client relationships

• Negotiate with clients and support business growth

• Prepare and maintain basic reports using MS Office

? Requirements

• 0–6 months’ experience in Sales/Customer Service

• Excellent written & verbal communication





• Strong interpersonal & analytical skills

• Good negotiation, planning & time-management skills

• Proactive, go-getter attitude with a technical bent of mind

• Comfortable working during late evening hours
