Job Overview

Sudharshan Electomech is hiring skilled and experienced Diploma Electrical for industrial electrical projects. Candidates must have hands-on experience working at industrial project sites.

Main responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance and repair of electrical machines/equipment
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Troubleshooting motors, panels, wiring, sensors and control systems
- Reading electrical drawings and circuit diagrams
- Testing electrical equipment using multimeter, megger and other instruments
- Handling LT/HT panels where authorized
- Supporting machine installation and commissioning
- Maintaining maintenance records and reports
- Following electrical safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Coordinating with production, mechanical and maintenance teams
- For solar jobs:



maintaining panels, inverters, wiring and related equipment

3. Eligibility

Education: Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized institute.

Experience:
- 1 to 3 years
- Maintenance/site roles: commonly 1–3+ years
- Senior/specialized positions can require considerably more experience.
