About the Role
WorksDelight is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Reputation Managers – Client Success & Relationship Management. This role involves working with international clients, assisting with onboarding, after-sales support, customer retention, relationship management, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Assist clients during onboarding and provide after-sales support.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Re-engage inactive clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules.
