As Greenjoules scales from a single-plant operation to a multi-location manufacturing and project footprint,



the organisation is building out a strong HR & Administration backbone that can support current operations while standing up people, culture, and infrastructure systems for two brand-new sites from the ground up.

THE ROLE

Greenjoules is looking for a seasoned HR & Administration leader to own the people and administrative charter across the existing Chakan plant and the two upcoming greenfield projects at Khed City and Raipur. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys building — not just running an established HR function, but setting up teams, systems, policies, and infrastructure practically from scratch at two recent locations while continuing to strengthen an already-running plant.

The ideal candidate has led HR & Admin for a manufacturing plant and has direct, hands-on experience of greenfield project set-up — recruitment ramp-up, statutory registrations, contractor and vendor management, site
