Role & responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door household surveys to collect accurate data related to water connections, meter status, headcount, service quality, and customer feedback.
- Record and verify survey information using a mobile app/tablet or physical forms as required.
- Sensitize households about ongoing KUWSIP project activities, water supply improvements, and the importance of water conservation.
- Capture customer grievances and understand the social impact and customer behaviour zone-wise.
- Ensure accurate and reliable field data collection and overall customer service enhancement.
