Primary Responsibilities:
- Engineering Leadership & Delivery
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), fostering a culture of technical excellence, ownership, continuous learning, and innovation
- Drive technical design, architecture reviews, coding standards, and engineering best practices to ensure delivery of reliable, scalable, and maintainable solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Stakeholders, Scrum Masters, Architects,



and Engineering Leaders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage delivery commitments, sprint objectives, project milestones, and operational support activities while ensuring high quality outcomes
- Full Stack Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain modern front-end applications using Angular, Blazor, and related web technologies
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using ASP.NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Oracle technologies
- Build and support Monolithic/ Microservices-based architectures using REST APIs, event-driven communication, messaging frameworks, and up-to-date integration patterns
- Develop secure, scalable, highly available, and performance-optimized enterprise solutions
