Hiring: Senior Infrastructure Engineer (On-Premises)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with robust hands-on experience in managing and supporting enterprise on-premises infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Windows Server environments including upgrades, patching, migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy (GPO), Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, and FSMO roles.
- Manage Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, Hyper-V virtualization environments, VM lifecycle, and performance optimization.
- Manage and support Terminal Server (Remote Desktop Services) environments.
- Support server hardware, SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions, and data center operations.
- Monitor infrastructure using tools like PRTG, N-Central, or similar platforms.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Support basic networking activities including TCP/IP, VLANs, and switching concepts.




- Handle and support overseas/international clients, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Windows Server On-Premises Infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Terminal Server, and server administration.
- Experience with storage, backup, monitoring tools, and data center environments.
- Experience in handling overseas/international clients.
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
