Job Summary
Manage and execute the sell-down of DCB Bank's own retail loan pools (mortgages, LAP, etc.) through securitisation (Direct Assignment/PTC) to investors, ensuring compliance with RBI regulations and Bank policy, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and structure eligible retail loan pools from DCB's book for sell-down
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare proposal notes for internal approvals and investor presentations




- Coordinate with rating agencies (CRISIL/ICRA/CARE) for pool rating
- Negotiate pricing and deal terms with investors (banks, MFs, insurers)
- Ensure compliance with RBI's Master Direction on Securitisation of Standard Assets
- Follow up on audit pendencies and maintain deal/monitoring trackers

Desired Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of retail underwriting (SME/Mortgage)
- Understanding of structured finance and securitisation (sell-side/originator experience preferred)
- Solid in MS Excel and PowerPoint for proposal preparation
