Job Summary:
Ahmedabad Institute of Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support the Pharmacy Department in maintaining laboratory operations and assisting faculty and students during practical sessions. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Pharmacy and a basic understanding of laboratory procedures and safety standards. Women candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty members during practical laboratory sessions.
- Prepare laboratory equipment, chemicals, and materials required for experiments.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the laboratory.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of chemicals and laboratory supplies.
- Monitor and maintain laboratory inventory and report shortages.
- Assist in maintaining laboratory records and documentation.




- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety guidelines and institutional policies.
- Provide basic technical assistance to students during lab sessions.

Qualifications:
- B. Pharm candidates Preferred salary shall be offered as per criteria.
- Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) from a recognized institution PCI approved.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical laboratory procedures.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in an academic laboratory setting.

Experience:
- Freshers may apply; prior laboratory experience will be an added advantage.

Job Details:
- Working Hours: 9:15 AM – 5:15 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
- Location: Ahmedabad
